Returns and Refunds
We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or if your item differs significantly from its listing. If you want a refund for an item you haven't received or is significantly not as described you need to file a claim through our website or customer service center. Otherwise, all sales are final.
We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged order.
We ensure that your purchase is covered in case of problems, such as:
+You don’t receive the item.
+The item you receive is significantly not as described.
FILING A CLAIM
You have three working days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem on the WUDV website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a label to return the order and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within five days of approval to be eligible for a refund. WUDV will not be paying for the shipping and handling fee of returns.
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to WUDV LLC within three working days of delivery. WUDV LLC shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by WUDC LLC, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to WUDV LLC for examination.
Please include a note in your return package with the following necessary information:
Items you want refunded
Address to send shipment back to in the case of an rejected claim, if different then original shipping address
Your order number (Example: AE0001).
If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.
We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

All emails will be answered within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for responses during big changes and new launches.
Once your claim is accepted, you will also receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions, and a shipping label you may print and a payment with the shipping fee deducted when your item is processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.
Once your return is processed, give it up to five business days for your refund to be processed by us and your payment company.
WHAT IS COVERED
If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem immediately:
+Incorrect or missing item
+Item not as described
If no claim is made within three days of delivery, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Item does not fit / changed mind
If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. You can contact us to list the item on WUDV.
TRADES AND OFFLINE TRANSACTIONS
WUDV LLC does not cover trades or transactions completed off of WUDV’s platform. When payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the WUDV platform, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship and transact as promised. You bear all risks associated with any such transactions.
